Parts and Service Manager

Job Description

Provide service and parts coordination in New England market.   The ideal candidate must be able to independently manage multiple projects and prioritize multiple tasks, as well as possess the ability to form productive relationships with personnel at OEM and partner organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage parts inventory with Logistics organization
  • Quote parts and service maintenance contracts. Follow up on quotes
  • Coordinate generator installation, delivery and startups.
  • Customer Service Management with CRM package
  • Coordinate all warranty repair claims with factory.
  • Provide technical support for sales reps.
  • Develop preventive service business
  • Sell parts to walk-ins and other dealer organizations throughout New England.
  • Assist in training where required.
  • Assist in sales calls if required.

Requirements:

  • Must be computer literate and knowledge of MS products.
  • Be familiar with CRM software.
  • Understand the workings of generators and knowledge a parts.
  • Must have excellent customer demeanor.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Must have knowledge of service business.
  • Ability to multi-task and must display strong organizational skills.
